On 16th December 1988 “ADESH” was established by few enthusiastic young people, the Victory Day of Bangladesh after a short informal meeting. The initiators attended in an informal meeting at Mirpur, Dhaka and discussed mainly on the socio-economic situation of the country. After a thorough discussion later a conclusion was reached through that a lot of works to be done to change the prevailing deadlock in the society and a massive upraise among people was necessary to share the fruit of independence and development. From next March 1989, the founder members (Subrato Dey, Dr. Benoy Goswami & Yeakub Nabi) started small programs by their own initiatives.
