Water & Sanitation Program
ADESH worked in water and sanitation program with a total population of 95691 supported by NGO Forum and Ministry of local Government and Rural Development (LGRD). Our role in this project is to conduct motivation program with cooperation of the Upazila administration among union Watson committee comprised of Chairman and Member of the Upazila and to make them active with different awareness programs among community people to assess the needs.

Outcomes:
- Awareness on water and sanitation of community people has been increased.
- We tested community tube-wells and we have marked the red color in which tube-wells we found arsenic element and in which did not find any arsenic material that mark the green color. As a result, peoples have become aware of which tube-wells water can and cannot be drunk.
- The school students/children’s have become aware on arsenic and sanitation through the awareness program in the school.
- Awareness of community people has increased on the concrete of tube-wells platform.
- To make healthier latrines their awareness has been increased.
